For  returns first contact 4x4trucktents.com at 1-317-691-2829 or by email at help@4x4trucktents.com.  You will be further instructed on what you will need to do in order to receive a refund on your purchase.  In order to receive a refund 4x4trucktents.com must be contacted within 10 days of purchase.

All truck tents that are returned must contain all the original materials that were shipped.  The tent must not be used and still have all its original packaging.  It may only be returned if upon delivery, the package is found defective.

 www.4x4trucktents.com must be notified at help@4x4trucktents.com or by calling 1-317-691-2829 within 10 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund.  If the problem was our fault all charges, including shipping, will be covered by us otherwise there will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 

Exchanges may be made at the customers request if all shipping and restocking fees are paid by them.  However if the wrong product was sent or the mistake was www.4x4trucktents.com then we will cover the cost and exchange your product at no cost.

Warranty Policy

4x4 truck tents offers a 1 year warranty on all of their truck tents.  In order to insure your 1 year warranty you must fill out the warranty card that is mailed with the product, or you may fill out our e-warranty card by clicking here.

The warranty, subjects to the conditions set fourth below,  that should this product be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material during the specified warranty period.  Manufactures defect does not pertain to torn fabric from sharp objects, not normal wear and tear or excessive use.  We will replace or repair all necessary parts, without charge for either parts or labor.

 The warranty period is as follows:

1.  Labor: Once year from the date of original purchases at retail and is not transferable.

2. Parts: One year from the date of original purchase at retail.  Replacement parts may be new or re-built at our sole discretion.
